Crown Trifari Blue & Silver Rhinestone Beauty

Circa 1960. Here's a great brooch to accent your sparkling eyes and smile from daytime to evening. Sinuous waves of brushed foliage looks as if it's dancing beneath moonlit water, full of sparkling sapphire blue and ice blue chatons stuffed into polished silver tone leaf shaped settings. The 2 7/8" brooch is also slender, 1 1/2" wide, for easy placement and slimming lines. Signed in back TRIFARI(c) with the crown over the T, this brooch is in Excellent condition. $58

Trifari Modernist Lavender, Blue & Maroon Enameled Necklace & Brooch

These colors will knock them out! Stylized bows call to mind a zingy Art Deco style, but this set is probably from the 1980s. The champleve enamels, poured into the recesses of of gold tone findings, is pristine, and the most remarkable colors! The lavender color is almost a periwinkle; the blue is midnight. The necklace offers a 1/4:" curved golden snake chain with foldover clasp. This is high quality costume jewelry, well made with good heft and bound to have a nice feel on your neck. The necklace, when pulled straight, clasps at 16", but because of the curved style and the dip in the centerpiece bow, you can probably add an inch or two. The brooch is 2 1/2" wide. All pieces are signed Trifari on a raised oval and are in Excellent, clean condition. $38

Vintage Trifari Stained Glass Look Dangle Pendant Necklace Earrings

Another set from this same line are featured on page 236 of Julia Carroll's COLLECTING COSTUME JEWELRY 202; there are at least three kinds of necklaces and earrings. This is an unusual vintage Crown Trifari set from the late 1960's/early 1970's, an Art Nouveau Revival style. The colored glass (or faux glass, can't be sure which) is thin and transparent enough to give it a very realistic pliqué a jour look. The beautiful green and reddish colors are set into gold tone openwork floral motif with articulated drops. Pendant with the bale measures 3 1/8" tall, and hangs with a 16" double chain. The clip on earrings are 1 1/8". Pendant bail, and earrings are signed TRIFARI(c) with the crown above the T. Excellent condition. $88

Trifari Sterling Bow Pin with Pave Crystal Rhinestones

Circa 1950. This bow by Trifari is high quality in a small size with a lovely 3-dimensional design of curves & curls, juxtaposed with the near-straight lines of the 'ribbon' ends. The sterling is plated in rhodium, a technique used in better costume jewelry to keep the sterling from tarnishing & pitting. This heirloom jewelis just 2" wide from tip to tip and 1 1/8" from highest to the lowest point. Very Good condition, with all rhinestones absolutely sparkling. Signed Trifari with the crown over the T, and Sterling separately. minor wear to plating in back. $42
