Reverse Detail	Art Bakelite Paisley Pendant with Big Purple Jewel Circa 1960. This oriental mogul style piece is luxurious with tawny end-of-day bakelite paisleys and a big purple stone set unfoiled and openback like a real jewel. The gold tone setting is exquisite and it hangs from the original heavy brass chain. The pendant is 2 1/2" wide and 3 1/8" tall including textured bale. The chain clasps at 20" with a large spring ring. The paisley inserts are genuine bakelite, tested with Simichrome polish. The pendant is signed on the back, ART(c) and is in Very Good condition, with moderate wear to the gold tone in back. Still, a rare treat! $78

Reverse Detail	Signed HOBE Huge Faux White Jade Pendent Brooch Circa 1960. For your consideration is this exquisite, gold tone and thermoset pendant with the look of carved white jade. The seamless plaque is shows a starry deer, textured bird, flowers, foliage and clouds in pale off-white color and very pale spring green, partially prong set on a goldtone base. Some of the gold color shows through, accenting the delightful openwork design. The pendant is 2 3/4" in diameter round and hangs from a 30" gold tone chain with spring ring clasp. The built in pin assembly allows you to wear this jewel as a brooch. Signed in back on an applied oval Hobe with the copyright mark above the o. Excellent condition. $78

Detail Reverse Another View	Large Vintage Chinese Cloisonné Enameled Butterfly Necklace & Earrings Circa 1965. Still a flower child? Look what a rare, fabulous set we have for you! The first time I ever spotted a similar set is on the cover of the book, Nicholls' Antique Enameled Jewelry. This set is designed after the look of rare antique Chinese cloisonné pins and necklaces. A double fan is the base piece decorated much the same as the one in the picture, with applied butterflies and flowers enameled in subtle blues, pale green, and very light lavender. The base metal is textured in a way similar to mesh, but it is solid and is is 3 1/2" wide x 2 1/2: long, with 4" of golden chain fringe dangling from the center. Accented with jade colored cabs, each side held up with rope chain, this is a substantial, obvious designer piece with no tag to be found. Total length of the necklace is 18" but allows much more room due to the dip in the fan. The necklace has a large spring ring catch. The 1 1/"4 hoop earring are clip back and also enameled in pale green with blue leaves and flowers. Enjoy this scarce, beautiful piece from the days of flower power, when creativity seemed to be at it's peak. Everything is in Excellent condition. $125

Clasp Clasp Detail Beads Detail	Vintage Vendome Snow & Ice Crystal Choker with Fancy Clasp Think of yourself wearing this scintillating double strand glass bead necklace, with anything from that little blue dress to champagne wedding lace! Two strands of winter white glass beads, frosted glass and subtly coated Aurora Borealis crystals adorn this piece by Vendome. And look at that clasp--1 1/4" long x 7/8" wide, rising in a slightly domed shape and piled high with more AB crystals and white glass beads now prong set. This confection is sprinkled with a constellation of starry clear rhinestones winking furiously. Sigh. The necklace clasps with a push in V finding at 14 5/8". Signed on hang tag Vendome, without copyright mark. This delightful '50s find is in Very good condition. $78

Another view of figures Complete Necklace Reverse	Kenneth Lane KJL Asian Balinese Dancers Pagoda Necklace Have you been waiting for just this necklace? Kenneth Lane makes great jewelry, but I love pendants like this for their exotic character and slimming vertical lines. Because of the lobster clasp this piece is dated to at least the 1970's but may be a 1990's QVC piece. Two bejeweled Balinese dancers, a man and a woman, cavort from gold tone dangles hanging from the central pendant, a gold tone pagoda delightfully shaped and textured. The faces of the dancers are clear crystal rhinestones, and their clothing is studded with multicolor stones. From the 25" necklace chain, the total pendant drop, including bail, is 6 1/2" and can be detached from the necklace to be worn as a brooch. Signed (c)KJL in two places, on the oval hang tag and on the back of the Pagoda, the necklace is in Excellent condition. $68

Reverse	Swingin' 60's Enormous Agate Pendant Can you believe how BIG this pendant is? The agate is 1/8" + slice sawn from a geode and polished on both sides, remaining it its freeform shape, roughly 3 1/3" in diameter. Pure 1960s! The agate is prong set in a golden harness on 22 inches of snake chain, swinging freely, easily and richly. At the right edge of the agate you will see a flaw, where a small portion of the rough, crumbly outer surface of the geode extended into the sliced portion. This is considered a gem flaw rather than damage. The necklace is wonderful to wear and in otherwise excellent condition, but priced accordingly. Enjoy this a unique, one-of-a-kind jewel for $58

Reverse	Beautiful 1976 'Romanesque' AVON Silvertone Filigree Cross An example of the best in Avon jewelry featured in several books, this pendant is one of the most popular and beloved pieces of Avon jewelry. My mother had one of these, and I have my own and wear it occasionally. Beautiful multi-colored glass navette cabs imitate different colors of gemstones--faux lapis, jade, turquoise and coral. The round center stone imitates hematite very effectively. The setting is a remarkable antiqued beaded filigree openwork which includes heart-shaped motifs. Well made with a good weight, the dimensions of the cross is 3" long x 2" wide, and is suspended from a textured 23 1/2" textured link chain with spring-ring clasp. Signed Avon in back. Excellent condition. $24

Detail Detail 2 Another View Reverse	Gold Plated Etruscan Style Necklace with Multicolor Rhinestones. SOLD If you like attention grabbing costume jewelry of Etruscan design, you'll love this big & bold necklace. It has the construction, style and weight of a designer piece, but there's no signature--probably sold with a hang tag sometime during the 60's through 1980's. Our metal tests have indicated 14k gold plating. The centerpiece offers textured links centered with rhinestones--pairs of black stones with crystal rhinestone accents on top and multicolored stones in the lower parts of each link. The chain is a smaller modification of the centerpiece style, with pairs of multicolored stones on each link. The necklace is 1 1/2" wide at the center and clasps at 16 3/4" with a sturdy lobster clasp. Pristine condition!
