Vintage Earrings

Reverse	B. David Mother's Rhinestone Earrings Screw on findings. These twinkling earrings are the mate to one of the B. David Mother's crown pins. These earrings display crystal teardrops and chatons are accented by ruby red, emerald green, amber topz and sapphire blue, with all stones prong set in rhodium. Only 3/4" in diameter, they pack plenty of scintillating color and light. Excellent condition. Signed 'b. david' on the top of the screw on findings. $22

Reverse	B. David Aurora Borealis AB Rhinestone Earrings These tiny earrings are shaped like wee fleur de lis, done in prong set AB crystal navettes, chatons and baguettes. It's a wonder all that variety could fit in the 5/8" rhodium plated clip on setting, but there it is, flashing like a miracle! Classic clip back has embossed decorations and is signed B. David. Very Good condition. $16


Reverse	Lisner Maroon and Purple Thermoset Pinwheel Floral Ear Clips Lisner made several kinds of moonglow Lucite necklaces these earrings will match; they seemed to use the same colors in many styles, which is convenient for us. The petals are maroon (not fuchsia as they look in the picture) and dark purple. They are well made and heavy for their size. with the moonglow inserts set in very pale goldtone that looks almost like silver. These delightful jewels are 1 1/4" in diameter and are signed LISNER(c) on the clips. Excellent condition. $22

Reverse	Unique Art Deco Revival Wing-Fan Earrings For pierced ears. In Art Deco language one would say these earrings have a sunray motif, but to me they look like angel's wings! Each earring is made in two wafer-thin layers. First there is a black base--I am unsure of the substance, but it isn't metal. Equipped with studs, this base has another layer applied on top--Applied wedge shapes of genuine abalone and another kind of white and pink shell. These wedges are separated by what I believe to be silver. However, we can't test without the scratching the shell. The set looks very similar to some Mexican jewelry they used to make in the 1970s, which would date it just in time for the 1970s Art Deco revival. Highly polished, they really catch up the light and do pretty things with it! 1 3/8" tall and 3/4" wide at the widest point, these ear jewels are in Excellent condition. $18
