Vintage Signed 1928 Autumn Leaves Necklace

Are you the wild child one who can sense the coming of autumn even while summer still beats its rays? In this 1928 signed autumn leaves necklace you will be one with the winds that bring the leaves. High Quality antiqued brass chain brings you dancing leaves with carnelian and olivine vintage plastic cabs. The chain is a generous 19" , leaving you plenty of room to fasten with adjustable J hook. The longest leaf is 1 2/3" and should dip right into your collarbone, leaving his eyes to roam here and there. Excellent condition with tag marked 1928 Jewels. $35

Accessocraft In business since the mid 1930's, Accessocraft survived throughout the '90s. The jewelry is high in quality, yet Accessocraft is not a common signature and still underpriced.

Accessocraft Black Rose Brooch

Accessocraft Black Rose Brooch

Circa 1955. This jet black deeply carved Lucite Rose is attached to a textured gold tone stem and leaves base to make romantic magic! Wear it with pale colors or bold stripes for extra drama, or to black lace for an ultra femme touch. The 2 7/8" brooch is light enough for the finest fabrics but well made enough for a jacket or blazer. Signed ACCESSOCRAFT on the reverse, this jewel is in Excellent condition. $38

Vintage pansy brooch signed Accessocraft

Accessocraft Delightful Vintage Enamel Pansy Brooch

Another flower power jolt from the 1960s, we have for you a seldom seen pansy pin signed Accessocraft. This one is sturdier than the tin flower power pins, with purple and yellow enamels baked onto the riveted goldtone finding and centered with a prong set faux pearl. The leaves are enameled spring and deeper green, but the stem stays naked goldtone! The colors are wild enough that this does not need to be a big brooch, like others in the '60s flower power garden. AT 2 7/8" tall x 1 3/8" wide, it will add delicious color to your daytime or party outfits. Signed Accessocraft NYC in two places. Excellent condition. $38

A Regel Gold-filled Jewelry appears to be circa mid 1940s through early 1950s.

vintage gold filled brooch signed a regel

Gold Filled Fiery Topaz Rhinestone Ribbon Floral Signed A Regal

This nicely designed brooch looks like an Iskin, but it's signed A Regel in back, along with marks for 12K gold filled. Swirling ribbon, a brilliant unfoiled topaz rhinestone flower and winding with tendrils and dripping pods, this beauty will go everywhere with you. This 2 1/4" wide jewel has beautifully intact finish; the prong set stone is pristine. Excellent. $32

AJC is the mark of American Jewelry and Chain company, which was in business from 1927 to 1997. Even their well-known 1990's figural pieces are very well made. Also, it appears many pieces were made in small quantities.

Signed AJC Limpid Lady Mirror Brooch

AJC made a number of lady brooches, but this one is hard to find. It is well designed, sleek, and golden. Perhaps the lady is ready for a secret rendezvous in the moonlight. She's shown in front of the large slender oval mirror holding a fan and appears deep in dreams. You can find her, in pewter, pictured on page 166 in Kathy Flood's Warman's Costume Jewelry Figurals. Circa 1980s, It's just lovely, the way the oval mirror reflects the alternating polished and matte goldtone. This jewel is slender and tall at 3 1/4". It's hard to find the signature; the letters look like lumps along the back side mirror frame, but it's there, AJC. Wear it with anything to invoke quiet excitement. Excellent condition. $45

Radiant AJC Lucite & Rhinestone Brooch

SOLD This unusual brooch by AJC is actually from a line of several jewels made by AJC with faux quartz points. Circa 1970s, the design is a kind of Art Nouveau Revival, with undulating organic textured golden vines and foliage set with clear crystal rhinestones and a faux pearl. Within the glamorous golden setting is a 2" faux quartz point--made from seamless Lucite.  Although the scans aren't the greatest, be sure to see all the images--this jewel is in top condition. It measures 2 7/8" x 1 3/4" with brilliant rhinestones, intact faux pearl and beautiful finish. Grab this hard-fo-find beauty while you can! Excellent condition.

Avon Avon has it's own page! Avon Jewelry

B. David Founded in 1945, B. David jewels are well made and present beautifully.

Beaujewels~ Bowman & Foster went out of business in the 1970's. These jewels are always beautiful if the stones are still bright and enamels and faux pearl nacres intact. The ones I have seen are made with riveted backings. This kind of construction is NOT unique--many costume jewelers used it, particularly during the late 1940's and 1950's including Weiss, Coro, and Judy Lee--this was the era when sweaters were very popular; the riveted construction is lighter and won't weigh down a sweater. After all, we're talking vintage fashion jewelry--the best designers kept women's' and young ladies' fashions in mind. Often, Beaujewels brooches were not signed, only the earrings. But, unless you already know the styles and findings they used or have the signed earrings, don't accept an unsigned brooch as Beaujewels.

Barclay jewels were manufactured for only a few years between 1946-1957. Because of this short window of time, the jewelry usually reflects post war retro designs. The jewelry is high quality and still under priced.

Vintage Barclay  Purple Rhinestone Stars Bracelet

Beautiful circa 1940s bracelet features sparkling purple and lavender rhinestone pear-cuts, all prong set and arranged on individual dome findings as 6-pointed stars, layered with purple chatons on top of each. The warm glow to the golden metal reminds me of Trifari jewels from the 1940s and '50s. You'll dazzle in this well made beauty! Very Good condition with intact plating  fading only on the back. The rhinestones sparkle! $58

Berebi, Edgar~ A master of epoxy enamel jewelry, beginning for about 1980 to the late 1990's. Since then he has concentrated his artistic drive in other areas and has not created any more jewelry lines. In my opinion, Berebi jewelry is still inexpensive enough to be a great investment for those who love to spend their money and have it, too!

Edgar Berebi Earrings

Crazy Enameled Earrings Signed Edgar Berebi

For the adventuress in your life--or in you--these black-clad, red hat & belted waiters are running every which way, ready with plates of colorful fruit. They will dangler maddeningly below your ears, and will not fail to get attention and compliments. In the pictures it's hard to see how everything is outlined in gold--the earrings look better than the pictures. Each dangler is articulated between the late of fruit and the little guys' hands. as well as the joint holding the fishhook findings. The earrings themselves are 1 3/4" tall, but they dangle from the curve in the fishhook a full 2 1/4:, Both are signed (c)Berebi in back. Excellent condition. $32

Bonetto This company made beautiful ladies' hinged bangle watches, rhinestone watches and watch pins during the 1970s and 1980s as well as collectible clocks. Some of their jewels are marked Bonetto, some Bonetto Digits, and some, probably later, simply Digits. Many of these, particularly the ladies, appear to have been put together by hand. Bonetto Digits today is producing watch rings, so these lovely collectible clocks and watches of the '70's and 1980's are long gone, unless you get lucky.

Rhinestone look gray in picture, but are brilliant and sparkling!

Vintage Bonetto Watch Pin

Bonetto Rhinestone Balloon Clown Dangling Watch Pin

Here's an intriguing hard to find clown pin design by Bonetto from the 1970s-80s. The red-nosed cloud sells brilliant pave rhinestone balloons on the street while holding a the dangling watch. When you look closely, his mouth is open in a wide O, as if hawking his merry balloons. Painted matte black, the gold tone metal shows through to delineate his suit, hands, balloon string and face. The battery-operated quartz watch works perfectly. Each hour is represented by a tiny faux diamond. This jewel is well made with a good heft, just under 2 7/8" tall x 2" wide. The black enamel, finish, and rhinestones are immaculate! Comes working with a fresh new battery. Excellent condition. $68

Boucher Fur Clip

Boucher Brilliant Rhinestone Fur Clip

Unsigned, but attributed to Boucher. The high quality, construction, design, and the presence of a Boucher design number, 3133, all point to the work of Marcel Boucher. This charming retro style features a gold plated puffy fan shape accented with a ribbon curl of brilliant pave crystals and ended in a wide row of invisibly set baguettes; the entire ribbon curl is rhodium plated. Every rhinestone is present and sparkling; the gold plating is unmarred. The Boucher design number 3133 marked on the inside ribbon curl dates the clip to circa 1950, which also corresponds with the style. Measurements are 2" x 1 7/8" and about 1/2" wide due to the 3-d, layered design. Excellent! $68

Bugbee & Niles was in business from the late 19th century until at least 1953. Marks include B&N, B.N., BN and others.

Cathe A scarce signature; this design house produced quality jewelry in the 1960s. Still underpriced considering it's rarity and beauty of design.

Vintage Brooch Signed Cathe

Vintage Yellow Glass Rhinestone Brooch with Painted Roses

Signed in back, Cathe. This fabulous brooch  is oh so femme. Think of how it will work on so many spring and summer fabrics from white linen and lavender silk to an old jean jacket or even a red cotton cloche hat. Check out the maroon roses painted on the golden yellow teardrops and round M&M shaped cabs! The paint is raised on the yellow jewels and each flower is different; they were done by hand. Stones are prong set in serrated gold tone fittings in several layers. The brooch measures 1 7/8" x 2 1/2", rising a good 1/2" above the pin stem. Excellent condition. $38

Castlecliff Vintage Bird Brooch

Castlecliff Green-Eyed Cockatiel Pin

This handsome fella looks so happy on his perch. The cockatiel is fashioned in gold plated metal with various detailed textures and brushing alongside polished gold tone, always an attractive combination. The green glass center matches the sparkling eye of this pretty boy. Although he's only 1 3/4" tall, your friends will smile when they see him. Signed in back (C)Castlecliff. Excellent condition, with intact finish and sound, bright stones. $38

Alice Caviness

Alice Caviness Blue & White Earrings

These clip on earrings match a beautiful necklace that we hope to find some day--or maybe you have it! Even without it, the earrings stand alone as an example of 1950's bright beaded styles. The blue beads are ceramic and decorated with dimpled gold & silver indentations; the faceted white beads are plastic all wired to a double goldtone filigree. The earrings are 1 1/4" in diameter and signed Alice Caviness, no copyright marks, on the clips. Excellent condition. $24

DeLizza & Elster for Celebrity Moroccan Matrix Art Glass Bracelet

One of Celebrity's better pieces, this ethnic revival link bracelet offers colorful and exotic molded glass enameled cabochons in each setting. This type of art glass was also used by Delizza & Elster in their own unsigned jewelry and is called "Moroccan Matrix." Feels cool and heavy on the wrist. This jewel is 1" wide and clasps with the large foldover at 7 1/2," roomy enough for a medium to med/large wrist. Complete with safety chain, this chic collectible is signed in back of one of the links (c)Celebrity. Excellent, unworn condition. $55

Celebrity Moroccan Matrix Necklace and Drop Earrings Set by D&E

A demi made by Delizza & Elster for Celebrity. These are the mates to the bracelet above; we don't separate sets, but this demi came to me more recently. The red, white and black colors of the molded glass matrix cabs pick up the single red, white & black cab in the bracelet. These wear very nicely, with the pendant in textured goldtone openwork and a double chain, the earrings are sassy little danglers. This is a great seduction set; it looks like something nice girls wear, but the pendant will draw eyes to décolletage, and the earrings will dangle and dance so maddeningly he'll want to nibble at your ears! Please note that there is no pendant bail; the chain is attached directly to the necklace, so you won't be able to swap chains. Necklace clasps at 21"; the pendant drops an additional 2". The plump little clip on earrings are 1 1/4" long. Signed (c)Celebrity NY on back of pendant and CELEBRITY on earring clips. Excellent condition. $58

Charel Charel is best known for Art Moderne Lucite thermoset jewelry of the 1950's. In my opinion, most jewelry marked Charel is is as well made as Lisner jewelry but much more scarce.

Charel Brown Moonglow Earriogs

Charel Brown Moonglow Lucite Earrings

Clip on earrings. Here's a great pair of 1950s earrings in the Art Moderne style Charel does so well, with silvertone angular overlays on bourbon colored moonglow Lucite wafers. These little jewels are 7/8" and marked CHAREL on the clips. Excellent condition. $24
