With rhinestones, faux pearls and luscious enamel this charming pin brings on the bounty of springtime and summer. Just right for occasions from picnics to PTA. The pin was purchased new in the 1980s and has never been worn. More sparkly than in the pictures, the pin is 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" and heavy for it's size, with the quality you expect from Danecraft. Signed in back. Love it for $28.

D'Orlan Since 1960 this Canadian company has been headed by Sandra Boucher, The company offers high quality costume jewelry. Some of the pieces are Marcel Boucher's designs, many with design numbers similar to those used by Boucher.

Vintage D'Orlan Dusky Rose and Blue Crystal Dangle Chandelier Earrings.

For pierced ears. These beautiful long dangling earrings offer a golden chandelier, bejeweled with clear rhinestones, dripping with dusky rose (almost purple) glass crystals alternating with medium sapphire glass crystals. They came to me on the original Bijoux D'Orlan Paris card, but the earrings themselves are unsigned. The earrings are 2 3/8" tall from the top golden bead, and they will drive him mad every time you turn your head. They are equipped with stud findings complete with backing. In Excellent, unused condition. $28

Deauville does beaded necklaces so prettily, and this 50s jumbo faux pearl set is no exception. Big lustrous off-white faux baroque pearls--the biggest are a full 1" long-- alternate with art glass and crystals. Several kinds of glass beads spattered with gold and green paints share the splendor with blue and purple aurora borealis crystals, all caped with lacy golden filigree bead caps. The bow shaped goldtone end pieces are each marked Deauville, though the earrings are not signed, they are the true mates. The necklace clasps with an adjustable J-hook at a maximum of 17" with several inches of chain for tightening to choker or collar length. The 1 1/8" matching clip on earrings are a confection of light and color. Excellent condition. $42

Dodds, 11 W. 30 Street & Jewel Creations. Dodds, signed with the "S" backward. There is evidence that 11 W. 30 Street is another signature for Dodds. The company offered many beautiful revival style jewels as well as figural & holiday jewelry, and is highly collectible. Jewel Creations jewelry is made by the same company. Jewel Creations jewels are all unsigned, but many pieces are the same jewels seen signed Dodds and 11 W. 30 Street. Another way you can identify them is through catalogs they used to publish. Dodd's Rhinestone Modernist Brooch

For something colorful but also different, this Dodds' modernist style brooch may be what you are looking for. The primitive leaf shape is done in a light golden metal that looks hammered. An openwork network of rhinestones blink from their hand set cupped settings-- a fuchsia square, pink teardrop and chatons as well as olivine and amethyst rhinestones. A lovely 2 1/4" x 2 1/8" pin signed DODDS(c) with the backward S, in Excellent condition. $28

Delightful DuBarry Flower Power Demi Still on Card

There is no signature on this set of swinging sixties Mod jewels, but I can guarantee they are Dubarry because I've seen them before on the same cards. For reference plus a picture of the same set, unsigned on card see Illusionjewels, go to the D section, and scroll down to DuBarry. The flower petals and leaves are enameled a beautiful saturated green with blue centers. The metal is gold tone.All enamel is intact. Brooch is 2 7/8" tall, matching clip on earrings are 1". Enjoy this classic set in near-pristine condition. $45

Pretty Vintage Eisenberg Ice Pin with Faux Pearls & Rhinestones

This lovely floral bud jewel is so dearly designed, with chased and serrated golden leaves and curls of pave rhinestone 'icing' to overlay the chunky, champagne colored faux baroque pearl 'bud." One green prong set rhinestone on the stem and a pair of tiny crystals decorating the bottom edge of the pearl finishes this beauty and marks it as Eisenberg. Also signed in back, EISENBERG ICE(c), the pin measures 2 1/4" wide but looks bigger due to the 3-D construction., rising about 7/8" from the pinstem. Probably from the 1960s, this vintage jewel is in Excellent condition. $58

Large Emmons Aztec/African  Queen Medallion Brooch/Pendant & Earrings Set

Circa 1960s ethnic revival. This powerful  beauty is from a line of Emmons jewels called "African Queen" or "Aztec Queen." Sorry, I'm not sure but am researching. If you know, please write. The brooch, which can also be used as a pendant, is substantial and well made, appearing to be constructed of several layers sandwiched together. Slightly domed, it features coral and jade-green hard plastic cabochons and topaz rhinestones, set in granulated antiqued gold tone against a textured antiqued silvertone setting. The brooch/pendant is 2 1/2" in diameter. The back of the brooch is antiqued gold tone with pendant loop and the signature (c)EMMONS. The matching 1" clip on earrings are also signed. All pieces are in Excellent condition. $55

Emmons BIG Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Filigree Set

Here's AB rhinestone wonder that is nearly blinding, the clean silver color of the rhodium plating being nearly white! (in the scan it shows a bit grayer) If you've ever seen Christmas tree lights reflect on snow, then you'll see this brooch is as great for the holidays as it will be for summertime evenings. The stem leads to four curving filigree leaf fronds set with crystal AB rhinestone in half prongs flashing rainbow lights like crazy. The delicate beaded filigree edges add a wondrous lacy look. FLORENZA Sunflower Brooch with Baby Teeth Pearls

This is great Florenza brooch has the appearance of a sunflower, with dark smoky gray, or "black diamond" rhinestones clustered in the center, surrounded by an burst of babies teeth faux pearls outlined in gold. The textured branch is as wonderfully designed, as usual with Florenza--with this color and design, you can wear day to evening with a variety of colors and styles of costume. This beautiful jewel is a big one at 3" long x 2" wide and weights 26.7 grams. All Florenza jewelry is plated with 14K gold. Signed beneath, FLORENZA(c). Excellent condition, with no missing or dead stones and sound nacre on the faux pearls. $85

FRANÇOIS is a seldom seen high end Coro mark. François is a line of jewelry that began in 1938 and continued until at least 1961, possibly later. Although collectors often think of Vendome as Coro's couturier line, François was one Coro's earliest couturier lines along with Coro Craft. SOLD Today we have a large Maltese cross style brooch of a type popular in the 1960s. The silver plated openwork brooch is lacy with small prong set chatons, long crystal baguettes and accented with larger, ruby red teardrops. All stones are prong set and present. This enticing jewel measures 2 5/8" on all sides and is slightly dome shaped. Vintage peppering can be seen in the clear rhinestones when examined with a 5x loupe, but the overall look is uniform and still twinkling! Very Good condition. Signed in back, in block letters, GARNE JEWELRY. A beautiful vintage jewel by Garne!

West Germany Fizzy Pink Beaded Cha Cha Necklace

This exceptionally pretty bauble from West Germany dresses up a pair of jeans for that casual party. Three strands of light gold tone S chain is alive with dangling pink transparent hollow plastic beads in alternating sizes that graduate to smaller beads at the ends. Equipped with an adjustable J-hook and chain, the necklace clasps at a maximum of 17" with about 3 1/2" of chain to make the necklace tighter if desired. Signed on the hook, W. Germany, the necklace is in Excellent condition. $38

For fun and laughter, this Gerry's silvertone circus seal with go a long way. He's got smooth paddle feet, textured body and a green rhinestone eyes, and a glowing teal ball balancing on his pretty nose. Gerry's Golden Poodle Pins with Red Collars and Rhinestone Eyes

Scrappy little Christmas poodles, with red enamel bow collars and green rhinestone eyes. They're little things at 1 1/8" tall apiece, but there's two of them, so watch out! Gerry's Resin Cameo in Diamond Shaped Filigree

Another pony tail girl made of an ivory resin on a gorgeous and unusual midnight blue background. She is lovely! No wonder Gerry's collectors especially prize the harder-to-find cameos with the diamond shaped settings; the quality is great, with good heft and sturdy feel. The cameo, in a remarkable chain bezel, is surrounded by scrolls, loops, and beading and all that goes into ornate openwork. This brooch is 2" tall x 1 1/2", signed on the back GERRY'S(c). Excellent condition. $28

Gold Crown Inc. Many costume jewelry designs from the 1960s and 1970s, and their jewelry are usually great examples of popular jewelry during that era. Gold Crown jewels very often came with hang tags, but many are signed. Individual pieces of Gold Crown jewelry are featured in Popular Jewelry of the '60s, '70s & '80s by Roseann Ettinger.

Big '60s Gold Crown Inc. Pewter Peacock Pendant Necklace

We have for you today this handsome pendant necklace straight out of the swinging '60s, or possibly early '70s. This pierced, openwork pewter or pewter tone beauty is decorated with champlevé enamel in turquoise, cream, red and black. The pendant itself is 3 3/8" wide x 2 1/2" tall and hangs 1/4" x 2 1/2". this strutting peacock is adorned with lots of turquoise enamel with yellow, orange and black accents. The jewel fastens with a J-hook and adjustable chain at a maximum of 24", but you can wear it tighter if desired. Marked Gold Crown Inc on the reverse, this necklace is in Excellent condition.
