We carry other colorful rhinestone jewelry in this category which is clearly described as "not Juliana" because Mr. DeLizza confirmed it as NOT D&E, and other jewelry will be described as "Juliana style" which means, it looks like it could be, but I haven't had the piece verified yet.
We also offer Sarah

Stacked
Juliana Style Ice Blue Rhinestone Floral Brooch
Such a beautiful and unusual brooch; I wonder if anyone else has seen this design. I thought it was D&E; having a variety of stone shapes, eyelets, and what I thought were figure 8s. But after a very close look under magnification, I'm not sure. It's sparkling and clean looking, with two layers of prong set keystones for the stem and an arrangement of teardrops and chatons to make a spiky flower. The brooch is 2 1/2" tall and dome shaped, rising from the pinstem at least 1/2". Excellent condition. $45

For the woman who doesn't mind compliments and attention. This stacked rhinestone brooch is layered with ruby red, shocking pink and two layers of flashing red Aurora Borealis rhinestone chain. All stones, the center & end stone set openback, in a domed gold tone prong setting. Though the photo didn't capture it, the end stones navettes & teardrops on each side, are actually different colors--ruby red, purple and garnet. They are all unfoiled and set openback. The brooch is 4" long, 1/7/8" wide, and dome shaped, rising 7/8" from the pinstem! Very good condition. $65 |

Meantime, these 3-d stacked loops of yellow and crystal AB rhinestones can flash their pink, green and blue for you. The petals of this 2 1/8" brooch rise about 1/3" from the surface for that look of plenty. Excellent condition. $48

Red
& Gold Galloping Seahorse Pin by Lind Gal.
Cute seahorse with golden and red enamels and a red rhinestone eye holds a treasure curled in her tail--an oval shaped ruby jewel. The textures and details are exquisite. She's 1 7/8" tall x 1 14" wide, just big enough to pin on your collar for good luck. The back of the brooch is marked (c)LG in an artists palate; this is the mark for Lind Gal Inc. NYC and has been used since 1952. I don't think the company is still in business, or we would see more of these little treasures. Excellent condition. $35 |

Painted Porcelain Dark-Haired Lady Portrait Pin

The porcelain is bezel set into the standard 1940s twisted wire frame; it fastens in back with a trombone clasp. Measurements are 1 7/8" x 1 3/8". Very Good condition. Limoges Hand Painted on Transfer Porcelain Venus and Cupid Brooch. These kinds of pins are late 1940s French imports of porcelain creations, and such imports helped them rebuild after WWII. I just couldn't resist this colorful delight! Can you? The scene shows Venus holding an arrow away from a naughty Cupid. They are under a blue sky with cloudy wisps. It's hard to tell with this how much is transfer, but there is definite hand painting on the grass and flowers. The setting and open trombone clasp are European, the kind I've seen on other Limoges pins. The golden rope-twist frame supports the brass bezel which secures the porcelain very snugly. Brooch measures 2 1/4" in tall x 13/4" wide and is signed in back in green ink Limoges France. Condition of the porcelain is Excellent with no paint loss or fading. The brass setting is very good, with a bit of light tarnish spots that only add to the vintage value. $68

Fabulous
Sterling Silver L.S. Co. Retro Brooch
Not good pictures (there is no green on any of the metal). But still, this brooch is a scarce and wondrous design, back from the times when the art deco linear design lines were evolving into the spare nosegays of retro modern. In most of these old pins, like this one, the prong set stones are unfoiled and absolutely brilliant. In this one, the stones are peridot green. Only the open buds and their stems have vermeil coating; this is deliberate to the design, since gold and silver together in one jewel has been stylish off and on through the years. The brooch is a big one at 3" x 2 7/8". Signed on the diamond-shaped plaque, L.S. Co. 1/20 12K GF Sterling Silver. Very Good condition, with bits of tarnish here and there. $68
